Who we are

Welcome! We are a self made farm from Irish heritage. Follow us as we journey through raising farm animals for the first time, growing our own food, and producing natural products that have no harsh chemicals. My name is Tiffany Dorgan-Boggs, and my husband is Brian. We bought our property in Waynesville, OH at the beginning of 2023. Since then, I am working to obtain my PhD in Naturopathic Medicine. That journey has led me to making a lot of our every day products, as I have learned of the harmful effects of all the chemicals in our store bought products. As we grow, we plan to construct a Farmstand for our neighbors and community members to purchase some of our items. The plan is to offer a variety of homemade, organic, and all natural items to help eliminate toxins in our every day products. Since purchasing our land, we have added a 16 x 20 greenhouse where we will start growing over 100 herbs and plants. Some of these will be used for food consumption, while others will be used to make tinctures or oils for a lot of my Naturopathic medications, and natural products. The rest, we will offer in our Farmstand during the growing season. Along with the greenhouse, we have added a freeze dryer. We use this to make products that we sell for shelf stability. Freeze drying food can make our food last for 25+ years! This means that we have no waste from the products that we grow and produce! Plus, freeze dried candy is the hottest consumable right now, and after tasting some, you will understand why we cannot keep it on the shelves! Along this journey we have obtained 6 of the most adorable Nigerian Dwarf Goats. We originally bought Link, and Trumpy (black and white twins) and Georgie came a few weeks later (named because he was born on July 4th). About 2 months after that we adopted Tito and Weller. They are from a different farm, and have the cutest fuzz for hair. As of the updating of this bio, Tito has gone to the big pasture in the sky. He became ill with bladder stones. We were devastated at the loss of Tito "My Man". To make the numbers even, we had to bring Jameson home to our little herd. But, with the loss of Tito we are once again at an odd number. We do have 2 does (female goats) that we will be welcoming. Fern and Poppy are sure to have all the attention from all of these boys, but that still leaves us with an odd number, so we will see what we come up with about fixing that. Stick around long enough and you will get to know our boys. They are quite the comedy show. On March 3, 2024 we added a completely new species to the farm. Iris is a 100% Scottish Highland cow. She is absolutely gorgeous. She is the first, of hopefully a few, highland babies. Iris wanted to play with the boys so badly, but they were absolutely terrified of her, so we had to get her a friend. McDugal came to our farm March 10, 2024. The two of them are related, so we had to have him steered, but he quickly became nicknamed "Mackie Moo". He is absolutely the most gentle and easy going steer I think I have ever seen. He loves pets and treats! Peaches joined our farm in June 2024. She is the resident baby cow. We are currently working with all of our animals to get them used to people petting them, giving them treats, and being on the farm. The goal is to have them be safe enough to sit and take pics with little children for occasion pictures. If you are interested in coming and seeing our cows or our goats, please feel free to contact us and we can set up a time. We want to have as much of a variety of people as possible to get them used to multiple situations be it an elderly grandparent, or a loud toddler. We have so many other things that we do and offer. We are growing slowly, and it has been a process, but we want to offer an array of services and items. We recently purchased a laser engraver, so we make multiple products with that, as well as custom items. We also have an embroidery machine, so we can provide not only our own business products, but we can make products for your business as well, or just that personalized gift for someone special. The goal of the next 10 years is to offer a Farmstand on the property, as well as a "Highland Experience" Airb&b. Join us on our journey of living our best life on Gael Knoll Irish Farm - Waynesville, OH. We can't wait to share our dream with you!
